I had a great experience at this dental office. The technology, expertise, patience, and thoroughness of Dr. Smith was something that I had never experienced before. Their use of X-rays coupled with AI technology and multiple testing for gum disease and saliva helped me get on the right track with my dental health. I also really like that their office management and Information is fully integrated with the MyChart mobile app. I can make appointments, see my results, and communicate with their office from my phone. I’ve had some pretty rough emotional experiences with other dental offices in Orange County, feeling like I was paying for services without fully understanding why. Dr. Smith and Doria go into detail around the “why” behind certain treatments and techniques. They just make you feel like a human (unlike other dentists that can sometimes come across as condescending). I felt very relaxed on both the day of and during my procedure that I went in initially feeling anxious about. Doria’s calm and confident nature made me feel like I was in good hands the entire time. I’m very glad I found Dr. Nicole Smith and Doria, and I’m pleased to say that this will be my new dental home.
