I can’t say enough good things about this dentist office. Dr. Sarah Pan is truly exceptional — she’s patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and comfortable, never rushed or confused. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. The entire staff is just as amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a calm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The hygienists are gentle but detailed, the assistants are organized and reassuring, and the office itself is spotless and modern. Every visit feels like you’re being taken care of by people who actually love what they do. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines skill, compassion, and honesty, Dr. Sarah Pan and her team are the best choice.

Dr. Smith did a fantastic job with my cavity, filling and repairing the chip on my front tooth! Everything with my smile looks and feels as good as new! Her hygienist also did a great job with my deep cleaning! I highly recommend Dr. Smith’s office to anyone looking for an excellent full-service dental practice!

First let me start by saying before I came here I hated the dentist. I had some awful experiences that had my mind sent in stone that I would avoid any dentist offices as much as I can. We’ll let me tell you my experience here that changed my mind for the better. It starts off in a positive way when I call to make an appointment. The receptionist(lovely lady, only in there a few times a month, didn’t get her name, my apologies) picks up the call and is welcoming, friendly, patient and most importantly understanding when I explain my issue with my teeth and my past experiences and why I’m so hesitant about going. We laugh, we talk, my appointment is booked. I go in and I am scheduled with Dr. Pan, she is so amazing, I felt welcomed, not like I am a bother and I feels great. we go over what I am dealing with, the cause, the effects, the treatment, the aftermath, the care, the prevention. We go over it all. I ask a lot of questions and she patiently answers them all. We go about the appointment and it’s done. I have a clear vision of what is going to come next aka more appointments as I avoided the dentist like the plague and that wasn’t good for me. But that’s beside the point. After the appointment I speak to the receptionist, she breaks down cost, on what insurance covers, what it doesn’t, total per treatment, overall total and what my options are so I have a clear picture of what’s to come in terms of payment. After that I get scheduled for a deep cleaning with the hygienist Ms. Alyssa. Now before my appointment begins I speak to a new face by the name Ms. Isabel and ask her if can move up an appointment that’s scheduled for Oct due to an issue and she says she will look into it, no problem. She gets on it! She says she will let me know as soon as she can if changing the date is possible or not. I sit down for a maybe 3 minutes and I hear my name being called by Ms. Isabel and she tells me there is availability at another office, gives me the number to call, so I can get that taken care of! She is so sweet, professional , understanding, and patient! As you can tell by now there is a pattern in which all employees and staff at this location haves. That’s taken care of and I get called back by Ms. Alyssa, She, like the other staff I have met so far is welcoming, funny, patient, polite, professional and so much more. once in the area for treatment of we talk a bit about what’s to come, and she emphasizes if I have any questions to please ask her. We start treatment, I get numb with topical cream and she asks to see if I feel pain. I hate feeling like I bug and I think she saw the hesitation on my face to tell her the truth so she says to me please be honest. I say I do feel it and I get numbed a numb another way. As I am waiting for the numbing to kick in she asks if I need anything. A stress ball, neck pillow, ear plugs, anything to help relax my nerves and make this process easier for me. Like what?! I have never heard or seen a dentist office offer that. I graciously ask for a stress ball and ear plugs. We start and she makes sure to ask if I feel pain along the way. She takes excellent care of me while cleaning my teeth. Next thing I know bomb, 1st half is done. I go speak to Ms. Rose, who like the others is friendly, welcoming, funny, helpful, understanding and so much more. We book my second half cleaning. Second half of my teeth have a very similar experience, amazing, talking, laughing, asking questions, gets stress ball, numb, deep cleaning, off to the front. I speak to Ms. Isabel and Ms. Rose, they help me with my next appointments. I have 2 more appointments coming up. I’ll update once they are done. But overall, I have nothing but positive things to say and think about for this location, its staff, and its employees. You will feel so welcomed and comfortable here. I look forward to my other appointments. I hoped this helped you make a decision about coming here.
